Laser Etching:
With 30 laser etching machines we have the capability to etch over 80 million parts per year. All painting and laser etching takes place in clean rooms.

Automation:
Although much of our labor force is located in LCC's, we do utilize many automated process to ensure quality control.

Painting:
With painting lines in all factories in Southeast Asia, Toyo Denso has capacity to paint more than 150 million coats per year. Our painting lines have the ability to paint multiple colors and metallic coatings.








Surface Mounting:
State of the art SMT lines are used to populate printed circuit boards for our products. Our use of lead free solder protects our environment.

Final Inspection:
Lines are fully equipped with poke yoke devices to ensure quality control. All products are 100% functionally tested before shipping.
