Weastec Inc. recognizes the need to protect our environment. We are
sharing this environmental policy with our associates and the public
to assist in their understanding of our commitments.
Environmental Policy
We are committed to a management system that complies with
applicable environmental legislation, regulations and other
requirements. We strive to prevent pollution through the process of
continual improvement.
The intent of this policy is as follows:
It is Weastec's policy to comply with all environmental laws & regulations
that pertain to us. It is also Weastec's policy to comply with any other
requirements to which we subscribe from trade organizations our
customers and ourselves. Weastec is committed to reduce, reuse and
recycle the raw materials that we use, in addition we will continue to
dispose of waste in the most environmentally friendly method economically
feasible.
Weastec is dedicated to continually improve our environment through
input from management, associates, interested parties and any new legal
requirements that are enacted.
The environment is an important part of everyone's life, and no one understands
this more than us. That is why we pursued and received ISO-14001 certification
years in advance of any industry mandates - to make things better for our associates,
neighbors and community.
